At Salons Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your professional beauty supplies; however, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain your unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are unopened and in their original professional packaging, then securely wrap them to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return label from our portal or use your own tracked courier service, clearly marking the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
